These are some older pics I came across while redoing a lot of my photo library.

Some Wildlife and More Nature

I'm especially proud of the dragonfly (very difficult to catch in motion).

New Post

The following images aren't exactly my favorites. It's not that they're bad, it's just that nature shots tend to bleed together for me. I really enjoy the outdoors and photographing in nature, but the subject variety just isn't there for me. That being said, I do enjoy taking my camera along when trekking through the woods.

Sorry it's been a while since I last posted (like 2 months). I've been quite busy. Hopefully this post will help prevent more hate mail and tie some of you over until tomorrow when you decide to send me another email demanding more posts.

More from Before

Yesterday I spent a good chunk of time going through some old pictures and playing around a bit. These are some images that I might have skipped over in the past, but gave me new found interest with the passing of time.

Some more old stuff!

These are from a trip to San Rafael Swell we took over Spring Break.

More Trip Pics

A lot of these are just random detail shots from the trip. The landscape shot was taken in Sam Houston National Forest (prettiest set of trees I've ever seen). The rooster was hanging around while we were eating Bar-B-Q. The reflection is of the hub cap of an old truck at the Blue Bell Ice Cream plant. The bark is from a tree in Talemina State Park, Oklahoma. And the orange leaf and wildflower are from the Antique Rose Emporium (or something like that) in Central Texas.

More Trip Photos

Here are some pictures from my trip to Texas/Arkansas last week. These were taken on our ride through the Ozarks. It's beautiful country down there.

The Old Causeway

Yesterday (April 21) Steph and I headed up towards Ogden and went West on 12th Street, We drove until we could drive no more. We took a left, followed the railroad tracks and continued for another 9.5 miles across the Great Salt Lake. When the first transcontinental railroad came through Utah they originally went up and over the mountains to the West. Well, that was to strenuous on the locomotives so they decided to build a causeway that crossed directly through the Great Salt Lake. The following pictures were taken from that causeway. What an adventure!

Some New Pics for You!

These are from when Mom and Dad were out a couple of weekends ago. They were taken at Thanksgiving Point.
These first two are pictures of some prize winners in a daffodil growing contest. The last one is a composite of three pictures merged into one.
