The Old Causeway
Yesterday (April 21) Steph and I headed up towards Ogden and went West on 12th Street, We drove until we could drive no more. We took a left, followed the railroad tracks and continued for another 9.5 miles across the Great Salt Lake. When the first transcontinental railroad came through Utah they originally went up and over the mountains to the West. Well, that was to strenuous on the locomotives so they decided to build a causeway that crossed directly through the Great Salt Lake. The following pictures were taken from that causeway. What an adventure!

Me and Scott love you're pics. You're really talented and I think you should take some that we can blow up and hang around our house. We'll pay you...maybe free eye care for life?
